Broccoli is one of those vegetables that for the most part, I can take it or leave it. It's my mother's favorite vegetable, so I ate lots of it growing up. I think I've had my fill for the rest of time.
I do tend to order it when I go out to restaurants because I have found that most places can't cook most vegetables to my liking and broccoli is one of those things that you can't screw up too bad. If I don't like the way it tastes, I can salt it, butter it, or hide it in my potatoes.
