    About to watch it too.

    Did anyone just notice that Aaron was just on "Down Home with the Neely's" just now? The episode called "Ain't all about the pig".

    We like it. So far so good!

    And we now have our recipe for dinner. After this is over we are going to make the blue tortilla chip crusted chicken strip salad.

    Just a early thought, it seems like he has a much higher level of confidence than when on TNFNS. Fun to watch, like the graphics, and the involvement of the cute kid. Also like the emphasis on cleanliness with frequent hand-washing (just like in our kitchen where we go through soap and hand-towels wholesale) The music is cool. We like the kitchen ....

    Not shy with garlic and red pepper. (just like in our kitchen - ) A+ there!

    Don't see anything about it that we don't like, so far ..... The previews of the food at the start looked a little wee bit on the greasy side but when watching the results, it looks good. I have no doubt that we will tune into the next 5 episodes as well.

    Mandolin safety covered. Good, good....

    I think we are gonna make these baked fries tonight also.....

    Hahah! "If you have too many of these potatoes give some to the neighbors cause they're gonna smell it!" Heheh

    Okay, the show looks good, very classy. Glad to see it didn't get slathered with a "down-home" treatment, as it's enjoyable and -realistic-!

    So, off to the store in a bit for the missing parts. The truth will be in the tasting. Looking forward to seeing other peoples comments.

    Two thumbs up for Big Daddy! Loads of good tips for new cooks, but not so boring for those that have been cooking for awhile. His son, that was on with him today, is a little cutie! Hope he has his kids on some more.

    I going to have to try those fries, except cut back on the garlic or I'll be eating Rolaids all night.

    to Big Daddy's first show.

    This seems to be the 2nd episode he filmed. FN now has the titles and themes (and airdates) up for the whole series;

    Food Network

    I wonder why FN plays things out of order? They do that with Iron Chef America and I know they are doing it with Grill It with Bobby Flay as well... Anyone have a guess as to how they decide what order to air episodes in?
