Aaron makes a BIG BOLD FLAVOR statement on one of America's biggest Show
Aaron has come a long way.
He looks so good. It is amazing that in six short months he has learn how to work an audience and a camera. If FN did try to put him in a certain demo, he has shown he can to be more.
On this show there is no re-takes.

I think that was the one that I missed this past Monday.
He's VERY good and he seems very comfy with people and the camera!
I liked the episode on TNFNS where he worked with that little girl on the segment of Ray-Ray's talk show. They made personal pizzas. He works very well with children!!Last edited by Bentley Green; 01-31-2009 at 04:09 PM.

That's a good clip. I like when they're seasoning the dish and he tells Regis: "3 pinches ... 3 masculine pinches."

He even has his own seasoning now, I think, called, what else - Big Daddy's Seasoning.

He does? Nothing on his website about it and a Google search under "Big Daddy's Seasoning" turned this up: Big Daddy's Seasonings And, I don't think that is Aaron.

When they flashed the recipe on the screen for viewers during the Regis clip it mentioned the spices. I, too, wondered if it was a new product or just his special blend he uses himself.

It's not a marketed product... just one he mixed for the chicken recipe. When you watch the video there is two recipes - one for the chicken and a 2nd one for the Big Daddy's seasoning he and Regis made. That is the Big Daddy Seasoning mentioned in the first recipe that was put up on the screen.
These were the same chicken tenders he made on his first show that he ended up putting on a salad called "Justin's Chicken Tender Salad." The same recipe for the Big Daddy Seasoning is with that recipe over at FN. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/a...ipe/index.htmlMost of all, cook from the heart, and you’ll never be lonely when the dinner bell rings! - Chef Robert Irvin

Yeah, who knows?
Maybe Aaron will work out a deal to have the seasoning marketed with his name and pic on it through a collaboration thing.
Emeril has HIS own seasoning on the market called Essense. I've noticed that a few of them have their own seasoning. Paula has hers. Hers is called Paula's House Seasoning, and she even said what's in it!I'm a supreme Fan of Bentley Green & Aaron McCargo Jr.!!:appl:

Not only do we know Emeril has essence, since most of us are Food Network fans and have watched for years, I am willing to bet nearly everyone here knows that Emeril gives out the recipe for his too. Emeril's Creole Seasoning (Essence) Recipe : Emeril Lagasse : Food Network
