The recipe I submitted to the Hamburger Cook-off was an inside-out burger recipe. I didn't make the cut, but was it GOOD!!! I use pepper-jack cheese in the middle.

I just saw Big Daddy on the Today Show doing the inside-out burgers. Thought at first that I might have missed him!

But I never knew that he wears glasses. Didn't see him wearing them on his show. Makes him look almost like Chef Jeff Henderson.
