I'll be in Chi-town this weekend for the National Restaurant Association Show, the biggest tradeshow in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Not only will I be there doing demos, doing interviews with food magazines, networking, and going to parties, I'll be there for a much greater reason. While at the show, I'll have an opportunity to use the event as a platform for Share Our Strength, an organization dedicated to eliminating child hunger, an organization I'm honored to be the spokesperson for. I'm looking forward to helping raise awareness about Share Our Strength's events, such as the Great American Dine Out, as well as get a chance to meet professionals from around the industry.
