A thousand dollars for a cake isn't expensive? Huh? It is to me.

I'll make my own birthday cake this year from the recipe on the cake flour box. It looks delicious and will be delicious. No fondant, just plain, old buttercream frosting and Devil's Food Cake. Doesn't get much better than that!
