Ace of Cakes Duff Goldman celebrates Old Bay seasoning Jun 13th @Orioles Braves game

Saturday, June 13th, Duff Goldman of Charm City Cakes will be helping to celebrate the 70th birthday of OLD BAY Seasoning prior to the Orioles-Braves baseball game with the unveiling of a larger-than-life cake that replicates the iconic yellow and blue can with the red lid. Even better, Duff will also be throwing out the first pitch to get the game started!

What:Cake creator extraordinaire Duff Goldman of Baltimore’s Charm City Cakes will help celebrate the 70th birthday of Baltimore’s own OLD BAY Seasoning prior to the Orioles-Braves game with the unveiling of a larger-than-life cake that replicates the iconic yellow and blue can with the red lid. Duff will also be throwing out the first pitch and the first 10,000 attendees age 15 and over will receive an OLD BAY mallet

That makes me happy and sad at the same time! I wish I could be there to see that. figures, I'll be heading to Charm City myself later in June! We grew up with Old Bay. Put it in hamburgers, in soup, on popcorn. I'd love to see that cake, and my O's. I worked at Camden Yards for two years back in the early 90's. What an awesome time that was!

Me too ! I would love to get one of the mallets, to add to my collection of collectibles. I went to the web site, to see if they were perhaps selling them, did not find any. I try to find stuff like that, and cook books that companies put out for celebrations like that.
