I love nuts. Never met a nut I didn't like! They are some of the best filler protein snacks I can think of. They are slow releasers that keep you feeling full and satisfied.

Just bought a Planters deluxe mix yesterday....cashews, almonds and pecans with sea salt. They are really crunchy and fresh.

I like them too. My daughter will eat them, but the rest of the family is picky about them being in desserts. I would load up the cookies if it was just for me.
