Or at least he touches all the hard-to-place contingencies, the folks you wouldn't picture watching the Food Network to begin with. Sure, Rachel Ray has the suburban housewife market cornered, and Bobby Flay is a winner with any self-respecting grill master, but can their viewers translate Klingon? Doubtful.
