    Disher Sizes?

So I am looking to get a few dishers for my kitchen and was curious what sizes people think are useful. Right now I was going to get a 16, 20, 40, and 100... Anyone have some tips?

I have what they call a "muffin scoop" and a "cookie scoop".

16 and 40 Are the sizes I believe. I would like to have the teaspoon size for small cookies.

You are correct... the 16 is the muffin and the 40 is the cookie... or at least per King Arthur Flour's shop.... The teaspoon or small cookie is the 100.

I have an old, old one that's an 'ice cream scooper' style that's a 20 and I adore it. Use it a lot. I have two of the new style with the squeeze handles. They are smaller sizes 40 and 60 they are great for cookies, meatballs, all sorts of round things.
