Steak Your Claim

The episode of Good Eats that is on right now is called Steak Your Claim and its obviously about steak. But I was watching it and thought 'wow Alton looks really young here'. So I clicked the info button on my remote and it says this one is from 1999. Wow, I didn't even know Good Eats was on that long! I guess this is from its first year, but I thought it was pretty cool. :eyemouth:

Ok it looks like that not only was this in the first season, but it was also the first episode.

FN has also been showing some early Tyler Florence shows. Food 911 was on the other day and he looked so young...very boyish. I did like that show.

I applied to be on it, but they never called...oh well, I learned how to cook fish by watching the show. Although, it sure would have been great to have him in my kitchen!

I like seeing how Alton has matured over the years too. You always know if it's an older or newer show from his apperance. And the white kitchen is the older set.

We started out as an Alton Fan site ... then I expanded.
