To stuff or not to stuff?

People have done it for years. I think sometimes people just try to create a boogie man where there isn't one. One person doesn't wash the bird good and another doesn't cook it long enough then they try to spook the rest of us into thinking that what we are doing is bad. When it's really what they aren't doing.

I agree. You have to test the temp of both the bird and the stuffing and if you don't and the stuffing isn't up to temp, you've got a problem. I know so many that don't know you are supposed to test the temp of the stuffing.
