A new episode is going to be on Wednesday Jan. 30 @ 9:30 pm The Wing and I will cap off a 4 episode Good Eats night!! Alton has the blueprints for the Steel Lotus (something he's rigged up to cook the wings) on his website AltonBrown.com Can't wait to see what he does with it!

Made the most incredible shoestring potatoes the other night. Slice the potatoes thin, drizzle with a little oil olive and seasoning salt. You'd never know they weren't deep fried. __________________ BerryBaby
