    Deep Fried Cornbeef>>>is A Go

YES... i deep fried corn beef....yes it was great.....awesome as an appetizer at a party...beer goes great with it along with pan fried queso blanco...heres what to do...soak it in some water to remove some of the salt....if you like salty corn beef fry on...
First: youll want to cut the corn beef into 1\4 inch strips...kinda like london broil strips....i just floured them and deep fried them on 350-375 for 6 minutes....flour didnt stick to well but it had a great flavor...next im gonna put it thru an egg wash then flour and fry...
