Brilliant, Alton is still teaching himself new things and new ways of doing things. The cream of tarter explanation was fascinating.

No longer an Alton virgin Saw my first episode.
Fun show. Alton kinda reminds me of Bill Nye the Science Guy.
Love the bit about cupcakes being 'legal' in TX after 2005
(I know they were talking about lunches at school, but doesn't that sound funny?)

Bill Nye and Mr. Wizard are the two comparisons mostly made with Alton's approach to the show. Guess its the science thing.

I think PeeWee's Playhouse

But it was another excellent show to be sure. I so want to make cupcakes now!

I want cupcakes now too. That might be the only down side of the food network, too many calories.
