Alton demo this summer!

If anyone is looking for a fun summer trip, Alton is coming back to the Opryland Hotel in Nashville for a cooking seminar!

August 16 Alton will be doing a cooking demo at the hotel along with a couple of meet and greet sessions.

I went last year and had an awesome time! The cooking demo was so fun. He made marshmallows, before the Good Eats episode on them aired. He made cotton candy and ice cream with liquid nitrogen. The meet and greet was superb! I got to talk with him and saw what a very nice man he is, this was my first time meeting him, and it was truly one of the highlights of my life. (Ok, I'm a dork, but it was)

If you have the opportunity to go, do so! I probably will be going again!

Can you imagine what it would be like to live with him? If you can't find your hairdryer or toaster, they are probably in the garage as part of some experiment!
