Seriously...I dont know what the Food Network would be without Alton. I think hes awesome, and I truly learned so much from Good Eats.
Recent culinary graduate, with an obsession for chocolate fudge.

I agree.
I have learned so much from Good Eats and Alton, even though I was a pretty good cook before ever watching. He has made me so much better
