Nutmeg / spice grater

On the episode "School of hard Nogs" Alton, uses a grater to grate nutmeg. It has a plastic cover that can be put on the back side to catch the grating. Does anyone know where I can find a grater like this?

Amazon has one Amazon.com: Norpro Nutmeg Grater: Home & Garden

And if you are looking for something special there are several antique models out there made of silver. Antique silver nutmeg graters and rasps

No that isn't it. I did finally find it though here... Amazon.com: Microplane Stainless Steel Zester: Kitchen & Dining

I also put up a youtube video of that part of the show...

I think they were originally a tool used for making furniture.

I have this one: Amazon.com: Microplane Grater/Zester: Home & Garden
Bought it at Linen N Things

I think the plastic cover Alton used is actually the cover that comes with the grater to protect it. At least, mine had that and I guess if I flipped it around it would do the same thing

I have that one. With a red handle. And one with larger slicing holes called a "ribbon grater" with a black handle.
