Hey it takes some guts to put that out there smacking their hands when you are supposed to work with them. He must have felt strongly about doing it.

Thank goodness, I had thought Alton had went off the deep end, I have watched shows on Discovery, Green Peace in the beginning was okay, I agreed stand up and protect but then they went off to the point that they be came radical, took things way to far. That was when I loss my respect for what they are trying to do, there is always a right and a wrong way to both sides of a story, and when two wrong ways collide it is a disaster. When the two right ways come together something gets done. So Alton hats off to standing up for doing things the right way.

Initially, reading that article I hoped that Alton meant he would like to learn about the Greenpeace boats and what they do rather than he was signing up to be member.

He does promote sustainability in our food, though. When I went to see him at the book signing back in March, he talked a great deal about that issue. So, I kind of had an idea he wasn't going radical on us.
