I make tuna noodle casserole once in awhile for the boys and I, wife won't eat it.

I love making tuna salad...it is the best when I put it on a hard roll, under the broiler with a piece of swiss cheese. Yum....love those tuna melts!!!

Interesting episode. I always mange to learn something from Alton I didn't know about the different sizes/types of tuna that went into canned tuna. I knew about Albacore but that was about it.

That episode made me want tuna salad.
