I have always said such, not the green thing, but difference between fresh and frozen. Even though I am inland I have dealt with a lot of fish over the years. Just love my farm fresh fish!

I swear, all this talk about fish and shrimp, makes me want to buy some this weekend and grill/pig out.

All this shrimp talk made me go and round up some from the creek this AM... and think I'll do them on the grill after marinating them in a honey/soy sauce/lime mix.
