I use both white lily and King Arthur. I do like white lily for biscuits and cakes, it does seem to make a difference, either that or I have been brainwashed! I like King Arthur for bread, but I don't obsess about it they are both pretty good all purpose flours.

Those must be east coast brands. Never heard or seen them in the PNW.

You really can't beat King Arthur for bread. I even order their semolina flour online. They sell some great bread pans too.
