Rep Power: 2 | New Good Eats tonight! I'm excited because I actually will be home from work to watch the new episode!
Alton tackles freezing food at home. From the recipe on FN's site it looks like he's only doing peaches and peas. TV : Good Eats : Frozen Cache : Food Network He covered freezing peaches in the peach episode. As for peas, I only buy frozen peas because fresh are so hard to find.
But, I'm not complaining NEW episode!!!! |

Rep Power: 10 | That's an interesting combo there. I guess it expands on "Give Peas a Chance",
I don't think I have seen fresh peas in the store here ... EVER. Except for the snow peas prepackaged for the salads and stir fry. |

Well, it's about time!
I don't mind catching a show or episode that I might have missed earlier, but let's face it, they DO have a strong tendency to repeat episodes of shows over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over!! |

Rep Power: 2 | Seems like there are a handful they play over and over and over.
I like GE and Alton, but I wish they would play some of the older and less repeated episodes instead of the same ones so much!
But I usually still watch anyway when I'm home. |

Rep Power: 10 | I do too. Unless my husband is watching something I always watch the 11 PM one. It's hard to claim the TV in the 8'oclock hour, but my husband is out of town so I can rule the roost for this one. |

Rep Power: 2 | I usually watch the news at 11pm, unless I've fallen asleep and left the station on the Food network. |

Rep Power: 2 | I like to watch the "Good Eats" episodes over and over, because it seems I learn something new each time I watch them. Alton packs so much in a show, it's kind of hard to absorb it all in one sitting - especially when the DH comes in the room, starts talking and I get distracted. |

Rep Power: 2 | Some episodes are worth watching more than once or twice, I imagine. |

Rep Power: 10 | This episode was fun. I cuddled with my son on the couch and he laughed and laughed. He loved the puppets. That's another thing I love about this show. It has given me some great times where me and the kids can really have some fun times. Memories that last forever. |

Rep Power: 2 | The funny part to me, is when Alton says that he needs something, someone hands in the opposite of what he wants! Like when he says that he needs a mandoline, someone will hand him the musical instrument. And stuff always seems to come down to him from above.
My two favorites are the one who played Wimpy in the hamburger episode and the boxing puppet. Haha!! Then there's his 13-year-old nephew Elton who appeared with him in several episodes, including the mac & cheese one. |
