What would you feature on a show entitled Bad Eats?
Liver with onions. There’s no such thing as good liver and onions. It’s a contradiction in terms.

I like liver and onions! The DH doesn't like liver but will eat livermush, so I came up with a liver and onions dish that combines the elements of livermush in it. Plus, soaking the liver overnight in buttermilk helps. Not only did he eat what was on his plate, he went back for seconds.
