Very much enjoyed it. Didn't realize that they drive on the other side of the road in St. Kitts as well.
And interesting that their sugar harvests ended in 2005. Wonder if corn syrup plays any role in that?

I like the hand-held camera approach as that seems to be a good less intrusive way to get some authentic interaction on ram (as they said this was tapeless). Also very glad to see that it's shot in widescreen, had assumed it would be. And as any true carnivore knows, once you get away from your comfort zone for a little while (the US), there does come that need for a hamburger, eventually. Could really relate to that there! Hehe. After a few weeks with no burgers, Paradise burger does seem like a place to include in song lyrics. Haha.

Quite nice but it went by too fast. Must see more!

PS: And I am sure they left a note and proper compensation for the lemongrass...

Watching new Iron Chef America now. Battle Snails! Indian chef vs. Flay. (Love Indian cuisine!)

Are you on Mountain Time?

It went off here on the East Coast.

It looked pretty simple too. Anyone notice how well AB documented the exact ingredients? I smell a feasting on waves cookbook coming soon. Could not believe when she said the fish was probably from Canada... Where is their local fishing industry!?

Yep, we're an hour behind you in Texas. It's 1:18 am here right now. Actually I am now done watching both. We were out for the evening so I didn't watch them live, watched what was recorded on the DVR or computer and didn't get started until about 10:30. Watched Feasting on Waves first, and then the new Iron Chef with Snails. Too too much good stuff today. Now about to watch the final episode of Big Daddy's house, and if I can keep my eyes open long enough, the new grilled chicken breast new episode of Grill It with Bobby Flay. Three hours (well, 128 minutes with no commercials which I skip) of great new programming today right up the aisle of what I like. That's too much..... heheh. And I just read that Alton Brown is in the studio now filming 6 more new episodes of Good Eats.
