That's what food is... food is fellowship, a time to enjoy people's company... the time to give to others and a time to enjoy what others are doing for you.

Alton could take these interviews and do a book or a series of shows on them, going into more detail on each topic.

Isn't that the truth. If, God forbid, Alton runs out of ideas for Good Eats. He could certainly do a show on food as a cultural connection. I do find that a very interesting concept and AB is the perfect person for the job!
