Just checked the Food Network and that episode airs 4/27 not 3/27.

I was born and raised in Louisiana so I'm looking forward to this episode more than any one episode in a while. Oh by the way, it's not crayfish, or mud bugs it's pronounced CRAWFISH!

We have a Crawfish Festival in town every August. They use to get them out of the river, but, yuck, no longer! Too polluted, sorry to say. Now, they get them from a farm.

They have a Crawfish eating contest and many times it is won by someone who is from Louisiana and either visiting or living here (Pacific Northwest). It's painful to watch.

They are Crawfish in the PNW. Must be a regional thing as to what they are called.
