I saw the video on there the other day, planned to post on my blog but for some reason I didn't.

PS:
Leave it to AB to break out a blowtorch when talking about salt!

Is that a set... or a real kitchen he's in? I remember it from one of the morning shows he did some time ago...

I want to hear AB's Sinatra medley.
"You stole my shirt!""It's hard to do Palistinian cuisine & crack jokes."
About me wearing my blue pineapple shirt

"The dogs need new shoes."
"But then I'm a nerd."
"Do this & people will call you a geek. Personally, I'm okay with that."
"I can't help but wonder... is the bunny okay? I'll never know."

Nice to get an explanation finally on why he prefers Kosher Salt. I am sure there is an episode or two where he explains it but they must be ones I have never seen.
On the other hand I am not a fan of product pimping. But oh well, cannot have everything in life.

He did an hour episode called "Eat this rock" all on salt, if you haven't seen that it explains a lot about salt the differences, etc.
As for "product pimping" AB has been very selective about endorsements, this is one of the very few he has done (unlike some others). And it is a product he uses, not just putting his name to it to make a buck. So, its ok by me.

I don't mind Alton pushing a few things. At least it's just a couple things and they are items he not only believes in but uses. Unlike others who will but their names on anything if it makes them a few $$$.

I don't mind that they sell all kinds of stuff. They have to make the money while they can.
