The $10 to $50 are affordable prices for tickets and a chance to get to see Alton. But to jump it to $175 for a cook book and a chance to shake his hand ? I know some think the 15 min that you get it will be worth it, just seems once again they are limiting it to the people who have money to throw away, or the poor souls who will work two weeks to get that type of money for the tickets. I may be like BB just not a person who gets into a TV star that much. Maybe it because I look at them and see them getting out of bed and putting their pants on the same as I do, every morning. Well not really but you know what I mean. I really hope you get a chance to win these tickets, the $175 ones that is.

I've heard about that place.
Might look it up on Friday before the big event.
I'm almost sold on heading to the 7 p.m. event.
I know I would be buying the $75 seat tickets and the cookbook is a purchase anyway. So its not that much more for another opportunity to talk with AB.
Are y'all entering the daily sweepstakes for the NY Food and Wine Festival? I plan to meet Alton there (in my dreams!) No really, I'm going to win (thinking positive.)

The only contest I've seen is through Val-pak and its to meet Bobby Flay.
But last night I saw one from Food2.com to send in a food video.
I vowed not to enter any more FN contests... but that one is tempting.
GO Mise En Place ! good luck ! you need to mention that your best friends on the forum are going to plauge him with emails forever if he doesn't chose you.
