I wanted steak, so steak it was. funny how it works like that. If you're doin the cookin, you cook what you want.
First i fried some potatoes with fresh minced garlic.
I then steamed some squash and dressed with evoo/butter, and basil.
I gave the same treatment to fresh asparagus.
If you're gonna have steak, you have to have tomatoes or mushrooms, (thats the new rule) today it was tomatoe confit.
