Paige Wiser The pilot for "Good Eats," Alton Brown's inventive cooking show, first aired in 1998 on Chicago's WTTW-Channel 11. It wasn't long before it was picked up by the Food Network. He's since added to his duties with three popular cookbooks and a gig commentating on "Iron Chef America."
