Wasn't he complaining about the weight of fans who came to see him in the past?

I drink more water than I should....yes, you can get too much. Even told by my doctors to watch my intake. You can drown your brain. I've always been a huge water fan and just can't get enough. I know when I've had too much as I get nauseated and dizzy.

No, I'm not diabetic...some people ask because I drink so much of it. Just love it!

I could stand to lose at least 20 pounds, but I'm very healthy so not complaining.

Started that crazy yoga class three weeks ago and have lost 2 whole pounds. It's not much, but a start. The instructors said it would take six months to lose what I want.

We'll see...it's really a HARD class!

PS BTW, all those diets that say if you drink 8 - 8 oz. of water a day you'll lose weight...they are wrong. I can attest to that!

Yeah last year some time there was an article that quoted him talking about overweight fans. I'm not defending what he said, but I know in the past he has talked about being concern his show contributing to the overall weight problem in the country.

I couldn't imagine Alton eating swiss rolls ... period. He can make his own empty calories far better.

Alton does have a acknowledgment in "I'm Just Here For the Food" for Little Debbie Nutty Bars, so I guess he does (or did) eat their snack cakes. They are good... chocolate and peanut butter, what's not to like about that!

I think that when you "ban" certain foods, that you are setting yourself up for failure. I have lost and gained lots of pounds in the past, and as soon as I reached my goal, I would "reward" myself with those forbidden foods, that right there created a very unhealthy relationship with food.

I am heavy again, but am overall healthy I hope to lose some weight, but I will no longer do it the way that I used to.
