Alton's brain sandwich helps bring notoriety to Hill Top Inn "Manliest Restaurant"

[snip] “A TV station in Louisville, Ky., did a Halloween piece on us,” she said, but the biggest response came in 2006 when Alton Brown of the Food Network show “Good Eats” stopped in to sample a brain sandwich.
He was on a cross-country motorcycle ride, taping a four-episode series called “Feasting on Asphalt.”
“Alton didn’t like the brain sandwich,” recalled Snyder, “but he described it perfectly as crispy on the outside, smooth and creamy on the inside, and huge (about the size of a lunch plate). We probably sold thousands of brain sandwiches because of him.”....
