We just received $5000 worth of new cheese in our deli, and I still hadn't heard of Quark cheese. I bet that I could find it locally, but it certainly isn't something that you will find everywhere.

I am hoping when my daughter goes to college in Columbus I can shop there and bring things back I can't find here.

I was watching as well and thought, "Huh? Quark cheese? What the heck is that?" Never heard of it either. Wish they would incorporate ingredients that are readily available throughout the country.

I will try to remember to look at Whole Foods when I am in Columbus. I found out they opened a larger store in Dublin, which is a suburb in Columbus. The last time I went up there I visited one that used to be a Wild Oats and it was very small. The one in Dublin is supposed to be larger.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing.
I'm looking after work at Kroger, not hold my breath though.

Did you ever find any? There is a cheese shop at the farmers market but I am not sure what they have.

But is it really necessary to have that same cheese? (Pardon if it is necessary for a recipe as I'm behind in watching the new season...)

I've looked at every store around here and no one has it. I think he made up the name. It's probably cheddar.
