well at least they attempted to answer, you would think they would do some research to find out an answer, guess not. I found one. Thought you would like to know at least I got a reply to one of 5 or 6 I have sent. I find this real strange, no contact information for the host, or their production company. What kind of customer service does this company have ? something I have never heard of or seen before, makes me wonder just what are we dealing with? when talking about the food network Is it really just one thing or do they hire a bunch of small production companies to make the shows then just run the tapes ?? whats live anyways ?? I guess I think of it all being in one area, big office and and a bunch of small studios, guess not, and it is no wonder some of these shows are very different.

First, this has to be the best new show on the network in years ! Anne is great, keep it up. Second where did you get your brining bucket ? it looks like a rubber maid product but can not tell for sure. I like it because it has the handles on the side, and is marked with measurements. thank you and I sure am looking forward to more of your show.

, Guess the network is not like a TV station, all in one place, which I know it is not, but I would think the boss would know how to get in touch with the employees.
