My wife does not like cooked green peppers unless I can hide them and in pepper steak that is hard to do. But when it comes to fajuita she needs extra onions and peppers go figure

IBC,

Don't be misled by the name.
There are no green peppers in this dish.
It is not the Asian American pepper steak.
It is a classic French dish.
It is steak with "black" pepper and a reduced cream sauce.
Very tasty and slightly "rich".

Thanks took it for granted that this one had the green peppers in it, these post that come with just the video in them take so long to load I do not go to them, I am still stuck on dial-up so the time waiting for all it to load is usually not worth the wait, I do have a classic French cook book maybe it is in there will give it a look.

IBC,

I remember the "dial up" days.
I completely understand your frustration with loading the video.
If you can't find the recipe in your cookbooks, let me know and I'll post a good one on this site.

They aired an old Emeril Live Episode on the colored Cauliflower too right after we talked about it here.
