I finally bought a Grill Pan!!! I bought a Technique Enameled Cast Iron 9" Square Grill Pan w/Pour Spouts. Does anyone have this Pan?? Do you like it?? I am new to this site and am looking forward to being here. Love Food Network and their Chefs or as my Granddaughter calls them "The Cookers" lol

    Welcome, I have a Lodge cast iron grill pan but it's not enameled. I bet the enameled ones are really nice though.

    I have a Lodge griddle that is smooth on one side and a grill on the other. Love to make steaks on it.
