Spices and Chefs where have you gone?
I have noticed lately, that things are not all they seem to be. I write about spice in cooking, not about it but more my issues with trying to add it to food. Alright back to my spice dilemma, but I am beginning to wonder now if it might be something else altogether, like maybe an ego issue? It is almost like you can cook better than I can but I do not want to cook, so nobody else can cook either , lets all eat junk and die.
