I like lima beans well enough but hate to cook them. It never fails that the water they're in boils up and over the pan. No other vegetable does that for me, just limas.

It's funny because I like most other beans...kidney, black, pinto, navy. Must be a texture thing as I don't care for chickpeas (garbonzo), unless they are made into hummus.
