I like Bobby a lot now. When he was younger I thought he was a bit cocky, but with age and a wife he seems to have mellowed a bit. I enjoy watching him now.

Well if I remember on the guide it was labeled Restaurant revamp, not sure will have to look it up.

it was a Food Network Special, called Resturant Revamp, from what I found it was just a one time show, can not find anything else on it. here's a link to the page from FN

Thanks, that should be fun to watch. I seem to remember seeing a commercial trailer for it a few years ago but must have missed it. Looks like it airs again Friday.

Feel the same way Suzie. When he had that show (can't remember the name) where he visited other restaurants, he was like you said "cocky", interrupting the people when they were trying to talk and didn't smile much. Now, he's so much more relaxed, smiling, etc. and I like to watch his shows. He's having more fun with it now instead of trying to be that serious chief.

I like Bobby Flay too. I saved his Chefography (along with Ina's) so I can watch it whenever I want. :P
