I must admit, I really like Bobby's new show. In fact, I think some of those guest grillers he has had on, would be great with shows of their own.

The 19 year old young man a couple of weeks ago, was very good. FN could have a show with him and other young up and coming chefs, or those very talented in cooking. He had some great ideas.

The lovely Asian woman, I think last week, was fantastic! I would definitely watch a show with her. Very professional and I loved the food she made.

FN really doesn't have to look much further than this show for new upcoming talent....it's right in front of them....IMO.

I did not catch the one with the young man but, the Asian Woman was good, did well with the camera and the food prep of course it doesn't hurt she is also a trained chef from one of the chef schools, sorry I did not catch where. But I also thought when seeing her, that she could add to the network line up and bring a new Asian style cooking show, who knows maybe they seen it also.

She was a trained pastry chef, but don't recall what school she went to.

The Grill it cookbook is nice also. I have enjoyed it.
