Just made reservations for me and some friends for June 11th. I'm going to be in Vegas for a convention and am very much looking forward to this.

Hi:

Do yourself a favor and try the Pork Tenderloin. I've been several times to Las Vegas, and once to the NY location.

Your instincts will tell you steak, but honestly, the Pork tenderloin with the Ancho-Bourbon Sauce is amazing. The tenderloin is dry-rubbed first, cooked, and served with a sauce made of ancho chiles, bourbon, brown sugar, and apple juice. Quite amazing. Try it with a Mesa Grill rocks margarita made with silver tequila in a salt-rimmed glass. Amazing.

This would be the time when I would have to find 2 things both me and my husband would like then we can share a bite! We did that at Emeril's in Orlando.
