Do yourself a favor and try the Pork Tenderloin. I've been several times to Las Vegas, and once to the NY location.
Your instincts will tell you steak, but honestly, the Pork tenderloin with the Ancho-Bourbon Sauce is amazing. The tenderloin is dry-rubbed first, cooked, and served with a sauce made of ancho chiles, bourbon, brown sugar, and apple juice. Quite amazing. Try it with a Mesa Grill rocks margarita made with silver tequila in a salt-rimmed glass. Amazing. |
