Sausage and Tomato Rigatoni

Description:
Pasta....what more can I say besides salad dressing isn't only for making salads.
Other: Ingredients:
Time:
10 mins Prep and 30 Mins Total
Difficulty:
Easy
Serving Size:
Serving size: 4 (about 2 cups each)
  1. 4 cups rigatoni pasta (8 oz.), uncooked
  2. 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into chunks
  3. 1 red onion, sliced
  4. 1/4 cup tomato paste
  5. 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
  6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  1. COOK pasta as directed on package.

  2. MEANWHILE, brown sausage in large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in onions and tomato paste; cover. Cook 15 min. or until onions are tender and sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing.

  3. TOSS sausage mixture with pasta. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
