    Pumpkin Bread

Description: Very moist and flavorful pumpkin bread. If you give
this a try, follow the recipe exactly the first time, I
think you will like it, I find the blend of spices to be
perfect. If you try and replace the oil with
applesauce, don't tell me about it, it just isn't the
same, and since this makes a large amount batter I
don't worry about the amount of oil! This is even
better the next day when the flavors have had the
    chance to "meld".

I cook this low and slow, I like it best when it
    doesn't get too brown.
    Serving Size:
    Time:
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. * 1 (15 ounce) can
    2. pumpkin puree
    3. * 4 eggs
    4. * 1 cup vegetable
    5. oil
    6. * 2/3 cup water
    7. * 2 tsp vanilla
    8. * 3 cups white
    9. sugar
    10. * 3 1/2 cups all-
    11. purpose flour
    12. * 2 teaspoons
    13. baking soda
    14. * 1 1/2 teaspoons
    15. salt
    16. * 1 teaspoon
    17. ground cinnamon
    18. * 1 teaspoon
    19. ground nutmeg
    20. * 1/2 teaspoon
    21. ground cloves
    22. * 1/4 teaspoon
    23. ground ginger
    Preparation:
    Instructions:
    1. 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and
    2. flour three 7x3 inch loaf pans.
    3. 2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree,
    4. eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In a
    5. separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking
    6. soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
    7. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture
    8. until just blended. Pour into the prepared pans.
    9. 3. Bake for about 50 minutes in the preheated
    10. oven. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in
    11. center comes out clean.
