Description:
This is my version of a simple hot wing recipe, and sauce!
Other: Ingredients:
Time:
prep time 10 mins cook time 10-30 mins
Difficulty:
simple!
Serving Size:
2-3
  1. 1-2lbs chicken breast tenderloins. or 2-3 lbs of chicken wings!
  2. Hooters brand hot wing breading mix
  3. veggie oil for deep frying
  4. sauce: Bulliards buffalo style chicken wing sauce.
  5. Marie's super blue cheese dressing!
Preparation:
  1. Wash wings or strips.
  2. batter chicken according to hooters batter bag.
  3. refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. heat oil to about 325-350
Instructions:
  1. fry wings until golden.
  2. place on drip pan.. I use Alton's method, with newspaper and a rack!
  3. place wings, strips in a Tupperware container and pour about 1/4 cup hot wing sauce in and shake till coated!
  4. Sauce: Mix about half the jar of dressing with 1/3 cup of hot wing sauce.
  5. Dip and enjoy with celery and carrots!

chef

here is the breading!
Hooters breading mix for the buffalo wings cooking WoWSpicy.com - Hottest Hot Spicy Sauce from WoWSpicy.Com

the dressing.
Marie’s Premium Super Blue Cheese

the sauce.
Amazon.com: Bulliard's Louisiana Supreme Chicken Wing Sauce (3 bottles): Gourmet Food

Sometimes I dont like mine with the sauce on the wing, so i just eat them without sauce and dip them into the blue cheese sauce mix.

Oh and the hooters wing breading is really good on fried chicken, just dip the chicken into egg/milk mixture first to make the batter stick better!!!
