I'll have to post my pie crust recipe. It is amazingly simple, very flaky and people want to eat the crust! It's fool-proof!!!

It would be a great addition to the recipe section.

Welcome newbies! (Geez, that sounded like the Coneheads.) I'm 67 and the resident old lady here. I have to say I enjoy hearing that there are men out there who love to cook. Very impressive. I never had a boyfriend, husband or S/O who cooked for me so I'm jealous as all heck.

I look forward to reading your take(s) on the varied topics here.

Hi I'm ping. I'm a member on another one of Suzie's sites and she invited me here.
When I was growing up I was always in the kitchen watching my mom and aunts cook. I could never figure out how they made it look so easy when they cooked these large Chinese dinners for everybody.

Glad you decided to join us here. Maybe you can help us with some Asian style cooking tips. The Food Network is dropping the ball on that one.

Thank you for the welcome. For Asian food I recommend trying out some Vietnamese recipes. Vietnamese is interesting in that its a blend of Chinese, Indian and French cooking. I'll dig up up some of my favorite recipes and post them later.
