Just wanted to pop in and say hi!
I'm an avid home cook and baker in northern NJ. Love, love, love the Food Network and the amazing chefs that make it so fun to watch. I left my advertising job last fall to focus on taking better care of myself and rediscovered that not only am I a good cook, but I LOVE to cook.
Looking forward to learning and sharing new recipes and information with fellow foodies!

Haha Thanks, FNF. It's one of my ginger-spice cookies, a favorite among my friends and customers!

Reminds me of a cookie a lady that lived down the street when I was a kid used to make. Her's were soft, and she would give us pink lemonade with them. She babysat a playmate of mine. Brings back a nice memory for me.

I recommend my ginger-spice cookies with a nice apple cider toddy on a cool fall evening... and my oatmeal cranberry cookies with a bottle of red wine any time of year!

I almost thought that was the traditional Snickerdoodle. My specialty....oatmeal chocolate chip. Just made some today and they are scrumptious!
