Yes, that's right, you can have fluffy, delicious pancakes straight out of this handy, dandy aerosol can - just point & shoot directly into the pan. Or better yet, eliminate the pan entirely & spray directly into hungry mouths! Yummy!"

*Warning - do NOT consume actual contents of Cancake. If you are pregnant, thinking of becoming pregnant or have common sense, do not even be in the same room as Cancake. Do not make Cancake angry as Cancake contents are highly unstable & can erupt at any moment. Do not look directly at Cancake.

I usually don't resist. I find most folks are usually fairly appreciative.

In my state this could be a scary sight. We have Jamie Oliver actually coming to teach people to cook. And you know how hard it is for me to find some things, it's mostly because not many people cook like I do. I wonder if I could sneak a cell phone photo without them knowing that's what I am doing.

I do remember going to the store at around 1 AM when my husband was sick and wondering why a person was there buying 4, 25 pound bags of dog food. Must be a BIG dog .... that would eat you before morning if you didn't bring home food NOW!!!

Fleet up to a Blackberry with a camera. That way it will look like you are just texting someone, and you can click away undetected. I make it a point to never have a pet of the size that could consider me dinner.

I have a smart phone, but it makes a little camera click noise when I take a photo. I don't know if I turn the ringer off maybe it would be quiet too. I will have to test it first.

About 15 years ago I was in advertising! Turned out most of the clients we had didn't have a sense of humor. I can't work like that.

Really? That's wild because about 26 years ago I was in broadcast advertising. Small world.

OK so I checked out a couple carts today.

The first cart was truly scary, 4 12 pks pepsi, 4 boxes of Kool-ade Jammers, frozen pizza, a few bags of frozen french fries, lots of stoffer's family sized entrees, and a pack of cupcakes. I hope that they were going to add something somewhat healthy to the cart!

The second was a friend of a friend that shops at my store regularly. Her first stop is always the produce department, so she had lots of fresh fruit, 2 boxes of Van's multigrain waffles, cheese, some kind of sweet cereal, and milk. I commented on how I noticed how much healthier her cart was than average. She told me that she tries to balance out the junk that her kids get other places, but she doesn't go nuts about it, but she also can't justify giving her kids a constant stream of junk.
