Have you figured out what you’re baking yet this holiday season?

I work with Domino Sugar and from fancy Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Gingered Crème Anglaise to Cranberry Peach Tart, we’ve got lots of great recipes for your every baking need. As you come across recipes you like, you can even save them to your virtual recipe box. It’s like having your very own cookbook on our site.

I use Domino Sugar. It's all I ever buy.

I have tried every brand available here, and can't find a lick of difference between any of them, whether they are pure cane or mystery sugar. Every time I buy a new brand I try them plain, because I have met so many people who are loyal to a brand of sugar, but they all taste the same to me.

I have heard that cane sugar has better performance characteristics, but have not had any issues with the mystery sugar that I normally buy. I did just buy 30 lbs. of cane sugar (Harris Teeter store brand, awesome sale!) and will be using this during the holidays, we'll see if the cane wins me over.

I agree. Sugar products are all compatible and work just fine.
