Rep Power: 10 | What is your Turkey favorite? Do you love the light, or are you from the dark side? |

Yes, it's true...I have NO preference. I like to MIX them up together when making sandwiches.
Am I weird or what? LOL!

Rep Power: 2 | Yeah, Suzie...I do have ONE preference...ready for this?
The HEART and GIZZARDS!
My absolute FAVORITE part of the whole bird!
However, in the interest of this thread, I'd have to say WHITE MEAT, as it's the easiest to use in leftovers..with minimal connective thingies...but as far as TASTE goes...I love both togther, shredded and mixed up, with a little Emeril's Essence sprinkled liberally on...OH GAWD..I'm getting hungry...
(heading to the refrigerator to see if there's a tidbit or two...DRAT! NOTHING!!! Shheesh! These people leave NOTHING for the night guy...)
Oh well! One hour to go! Darn it...Now I'm going to have to stop at 7-11 for a Smoked Turkey and Jack cheese sammich...(the best sammich they serve there) on the way home...LOL!

Rep Power: 2 | Dark meat used to be my favorite, but ever since I had my first baby, I don't care much for chicken or turkey. Even after all of these years, I still have the aversion.
I cook them both and will taste them to make sure they're seasoned properly, but it's rare I sit down to a full plate of either. |

Rep Power: 10 | I love the dark meat! This works out well because husband and daughter like the white meat. More for me!

Rep Power: 2 | I'm a white meat only type of girl. I've never liked dark meat. I let the rest of the family fight over it. |
